In mrs. Emsons maths set we did perimeter and area of compound shapes in our book and then we drew them on some dotted paper if we finished.

In spelling attack we worked on the sound Sp and Mr Bate said a dictaited sentence with a word that has the sound sp and we have to write it in our book.

In sience we did work on matierals and we did a test to see if sand , salt , suger , compost or coffee will be seperated by filtering in a funnel.

In core skills we did direct speech in a news artical on tenerife landslide were someone was killed.

In spelling Attack we did a sound -aw- and it was funny. In math we did measuring compond shape and we did perimeter and area. In core skills we finished our headlines, captions and introduction for a forest fire, flood and a football match.

mrs. Emson’s maths set was working on perimeter of compound shapes which we have to split them into 2 rectangels.

In core skills we did headlines , photo captions and an introdution for an news artical.

In P.E we were doing volleyball with a net using a dig and a volley. We were split teams of 7

In spelling attack we spelled about 20 simple words and the next new word for the next day which was suger. We was working on the letters -aw- after the words

In Mrs. Emson`s math set was doing co-ordinates. We drew a picture of all the teachers in the school. We did headlines, captions and we did the 5 w`s which are who, what, where, why and when. And in P.E we did balancing with our partner.

We will start at play time we a lot of basketball and Devon and Charlie scored 50 scores each in dinner to. Oh ye ill stop geting carred away about the most popler girl and boy in the school. And in maths we did shapes and i nerly got in truble by being slow doing my work. Mrs S Bate is ill still he has bein ill for 3 day were geting very worried abut him. Dear whoever is reading

Maths we did reflections and we had Miss Baker for our teather all day as Mr S Bate was ill our normal teacher. In th morning we did afletics and we need a team for it we have picked 12 girls and 13 boys so miss Baker has to give one of the boys up. Now we have to go so bye, its time to go back to lessons.

y6s Mondays are very long. the first lesson of the day is Maths. We move around seats and math sets and then we did our topic, which is ww2. In PE we did volley ball and in ICT we took pictures of us, then it was home time.

Friday morning

wusu- for our song to dance to it was shake it. Also Miss Emson Maths set were doing measuring angles, it was HARD. In our topic we had to pick a partner that we could trust and work well with out messing about. P.E- we were Balancing and pushing each other. French we where making duck beeks to see what u like.

The new 6 weeks

Today we have started our new topic about being a journalist finding out about world war 2. Mr Bate told us to chose carefully a person who we would work well with ( people who are a good influence on the other person). The topic was about world war 2 like ’The Blitz, evacuees, during and after ww2 and how it made people feel.

Half term happy week

This week in half term there was hallowean and some of us got some sweets but some of us got a trick instead of a treat. This year their were fancy costumes from dead dancers to evil devils and even the zombie brides got to threw their boukays. I wonder who this dead groom is? Did you hear about Rachel geting thown out of the X factor and the twin got through again when will they get thrown out.
